RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories, packaging, and warranty documents.
  • The item has not been damaged, modified, or altered after purchase.
  • The item was not purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotional event (as these are non-returnable).

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@narifrostconnect.com with your order number, reason for return, and product details.
  2. Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Secure Packaging & Shipping – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable, insured shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing – Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or specification:

  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value (price differences will be charged accordingly).
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-configured or pre-activated devices
  • Open-box or used smartphones and accessories
  • Software, digital downloads, and gift cards
  • Final sale, clearance items, or promotional items

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.


6. STORE CREDIT & GIFT RETURNS

  • If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit for future purchases.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used for any product on our website.
