At Narifrostconnect, we strive to provide a fast and reliable shipping experience. Below is our shipping policy, outlining our process, fees, and expectations for delivery.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping services within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Minnesota.

2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Available methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method you select and the size of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. Narifrostconnect is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If there is an error with your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a lost package or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@narifrostconnect.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Signature Requirement
For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a local post office for pickup.

9. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events like natural disasters, high demand, or carrier delays can affect the delivery timeframe. Narifrostconnect is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

10. Return Shipping
In the case of returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details.
