3. Return Process
Follow these steps to return your product:

Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at info@narifrostconnect.com or call (507) 754-5046 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

Replacement items will be shipped free of charge after the returned product is inspected.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
